Prenatal Fitness Classes

Baby & Me Fitness invites you to start classes anytime after your first trimester. Consult your health care provider before beginning a new fitness routine.
Each class begins with a half-hour discussion followed by a 45-60 minutes workout. The discussions cover a variety of pregnancy related topics and are hosted by either your instructor or an invited guest speaker.
All of our fabulous instructors are prenatal and postnatal certified and trained fitness leaders. They will safely guide and challenge you through exercises to improve and maintain your fitness while pregnant and beyond.

BootCamp Bellies: Strength, Cardio & Core
Toned arms, strong back & legs and a fit belly are possible even when pregnant. Exercises with stability balls, hand-weights, resistance bands and cardio training will restore your energy levels and strengthen your body as it changes throughout pregnancy. Feel strong and revitalized after every workout!

Pilates Bellies:
Target your core! This hip and exciting class will strengthen your abdominal and back muscles while elongating and strengthening the rest of your major muscles. Improve your balance and coordination, work on breathing techniques while you flow from one pose to the next expelling the daily stresses away for the evening.

Aqua Bellies:
Weightless and strong in pregnancy. Enjoy the natural buoyancy of water while our instructor incorporates water resistance, along with aqua dumbbells, noodles and flutter boards to create a workout that will have you sweating in the pool! This fantastic workout will strengthen your body, improve your circulation, take the stress off your joints and can also help prevent and relieve swelling ankles!
